Youth Workers and Rural Heritage Promotion

The “Youth Workers and Rural Heritage Promotion” project aims to respond to the challenges represented by the lower levels of income, few high-skills employment opportunities for young people and low use and access to ICTs. For this reason, the project intends to foster the creation of a new professional profile: Innovation Advisor for Cultural Heritage’s Promotion in Rural Areas through a training path direct to 27 youth workers of rural areas selected by each partner (3 per organization) including e-learning and mobility activities (job shadowing in the partners’ country and a 5 days training course in Rosario).
